Breathe in for 5 seconds as you paint with one color. When the glow appears and the cursor says “Out,” release the brush and exhale for 7 seconds. Then pick the brush back up and repeat.
Each full breath earns a golden ring. Collect 6 to unlock the next level or enter Free Paint mode.
To go deeper, place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly as you breathe out.×
